getting to know your regent of pastries

My passion is all things sweet & delectable. cookies, cakes, tarts, breads, pudding, custards, jams, jellies, did i mention cakes? I am also proficient in Sugar and Chocolate crafts, such as centerpieces and showpieces. 

I adore the creative outlet that is baking. I practice my craft and try new recipes or ideas in my spare time. 

Currently I am working on cake-pops and I am coming up with some interesting ideas in the process!


All of my products are hand-crafted; with the best and freshest ingredients. I avoid using boxed mixes when possible; (although they do have some benefits & uses). I never scrimp on quality.

While I am mostly self taught, I did graduate from International Culinary at Art Institute of the Inland Empire; with honors March 2012. I worked as a pastry chef for a local casino, running the bakery for the entire facility 3 nights a week.
